Colombia Government Scholarships 2025 – Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Colombia Government Scholarships 2024/25, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a foreign national applying to the Colombia Scholarship Program.
- Applicants must not be Colombian citizens.
- Must not have lived or resided in Colombia for the past six months or have begun studies in Colombia at the time of application.
- No marital or de facto relationship in Colombia.
- Must not have previously benefited from ICETEX’s Beca Colombia Program.
- Applicants should be under the age of 50.
- A minimum GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 in undergraduate studies is required.
- Must hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field of study.
- Applicants must have been admitted to at least one postgraduate program from the 2024-2 Academic Offer Catalog.
- If applying for Spanish language courses, the institution offering the course must have confirmed your admission.
- Applicants must be in good physical and mental health, with a doctor’s certification.
