UNITECH International Program 2024/2025 | Program Details

The UNITECH program spans one academic year, starting with a kick-off week in August that is hosted by a different university each year. This startup week is structured as a coaching event, preparing students for their journey ahead. Following this, participants will attend their designated host universities for a semester abroad, collaborating on projects with industry partners.

A pivotal transition occurs during the midterm week in January, when students shift from their study abroad experience to the internship phase. This week is also held as a coaching event at one of the nine participating European universities. The program culminates with an end-of-year event, celebrating the accomplishments of all participants.

Candidate Eligibility

The UNITECH International program is specifically designed for students in engineering, computer science, physics, and biotechnology. Applicants should demonstrate exemplary academic performance along with essential soft skills. Eligible candidates must be in their master’s program or at the end of their bachelor’s degree (specifically in their 5th or 6th semester).

Program Benefits

Participation in the UNITECH program is completely free for selected students. In addition to having no tuition fees, the program also covers travel expenses up to approximately 1,000 euros. This ensures that students can focus on their educational experiences without the financial burden typically associated with studying abroad.
